Sepa Oil: The Perfume of the Spirits
Sepa oil is distilled from the sacred sap of an ancestral tree deep within the Amazon rainforest. For thousands of years, indigenous cultures have treasured this powerful essence, using it in healing rituals and sacred ceremonies.
Renowned for its ability to enhance focus and cultivate peace of mind, Sepa is also scientifically recognized for its potent medicinal properties—anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antioxidant, and analgesic, among others. Beyond its benefits, its rich, woodsy aroma evokes the scent of earthy soil and crushed leaves.
Among the Yawanawá people, Sepa is known as The Perfume of the Spirits—a sacred essence used in prayer and ritual. It is believed to dispel negative energies while inviting benevolent spirits. During spiritual initiations, Sepa helps navigate difficult thoughts, unsettling dreams, and challenging energies. A simple pause to apply the oil or use it as a smudge can serve as a profound cleansing ritual.
Much like smudging or burning incense, Sepa is a powerful tool for energetic protection. With intention, it becomes a shield, ensuring that harmful energies stay at bay.
For the first time ever, this precious tree sap is being distilled into an oil. We are honored to collaborate with the Nipei Garden Collective in Mutum Village, within Yawanawá territory in Acre, Brazil.
Our oils are alcohol-free and distilled with care to preserve the spirit of the plant.
